NIOBIUM® – CONCEALABLE III“ body armor vest is designed to provide protection from fire-arms, blades and spikes, while ensuring high concealment when used under any piece of clothing. Due to its durable rip-stop outer fabric it can be worn as an overt type vest too.
The unique combination of the extremely breathable RIP-STOP Dry Comfort XT® shell fabric with the 3.5 mm SPACER Coolmax® fresh, high moisture-transfer and compression-recovery liner provides a lightweight end-product with antibacterial and temperature-regulation properties, which allows increased air circulation for the elimination of moisture.
“NIOBIUM® – CONCEALABLE III“ features a four-point adjustment system with elastic bands on the waist, which allows quick and easy donning/doffing and ensures perfect fit. It provides 360° coverage while its hook and loop fasteners meet MIL SPEC F AA-55126B requirements. It is optionally available with the three-point retaining system “RETAINING SYSTEM I”.
“NIOBIUM®” (SPM.3A,1.2304) is a Multi-Threat soft armor hybrid panel, manufactured combining UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials, providing protection both fire-arms, blades and spikes. The combination of UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials results to a flexible and light-weight panel which has, almost, “0” penetration at all the NIJ 0115.00 STD blades and spikes, whilst it provides very low Back Face Signature against 9x19mm FMJ and .44 Magnum SJHP REMINGTON calibers when tested according to NIJ 0101.04 STD.
