2. Who do we share your data with?

We use third party services (data processors) on our websites. The extent to which your data is shared with these providers depends on the use of our services and we refer to them specifically (with links to their privacy policies) in the following sections.

Each third-party service we use has been audited by our security team to ensure that their privacy policies and practices meet or exceed the same levels of compliance and standards we follow. We use 100% encryption on our mail servers from the mailerlite company to process all internal emails and communication with our customers. Customers who send us emails or use the contact forms on our websites will have the email address, IP address and data provided in the contact form or email stored in our mail servers files. We maintain indefinitely all communication made by email as well as through contact forms, so we can provide ongoing support and improve our services. You may at any time request copies of any previous stored mail with us.

  • Sensitive information

    We do not collect or store your credit/debit or pre-paid card number.

6. What rights do you have in your data?

You can request “to be forgotten” and we will delete any personally identifiable data we have about you. Of course, this excludes the data we need for administrative or security purposes or if required by law to retain some of the data.

7. How we protect your data

Wherever personal data (address, email, name, telephone numbers, etc.) are entered on our website, which is encrypted through a secure security certificate with 2048Bit Encryption (SSL). Personal data such as (passwords, & email accounts) are stored in our database encrypted (hashed).

8. What data breach procedures do we apply?

10. Payment Methods / Transaction Security
