Description

NIOBIUM® Arms Protector I” add-on provides coverage to the arms. It attaches to the shoulders of the vest using a hook and loop attachment system.
“NIOBIUM®” (SPM.3A,1.2304) is a Multi-Threat soft armor hybrid panel manufactured combining UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials, providing protection both from fire-arms and blades & spikes. The combination of UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials results to a flexible and light-weight panel which has, almost, “0” penetration at all the NIJ 0115.00 STD blades & spikes, whilst it provides very low Back Face Signature against 9x19mm FMJ and .44 Magnum SJHP REMINGTON calibers when tested according to NIJ 0101.04 STD.
“NIOBIUM® Arms Protector I” is made of high strength CORDURA® fabric and its hook and loop fasteners meet MIL SPEC F AA-55126B requirements.
