Description
Our main objective is to establish maintenance and repair procedures, so that all vessels in the fleet operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, and develop additional control measures for identified critical equipment.
The plan describes the technical ship management system for both planned and unplanned maintenance, defect reporting and technical asset and data management. A planned maintenance system streamlines the planning, documentation and implementation of maintenance work and surveys onboard ship. It contains introduction, engine room organization, arrival and departure, engine room operations, maintenance of systems and equipment, bunkering, defects and reporting, environmental management, spare parts management, surveys and inspections. It is supplemented by Fuel Oil Management Plan (either scrubbers and/or compliant fuel) with ship specific fuel oil change over procedures.
A dedicated section with all the relevant regulatory references is provided. Each procedure is connected to a specific risk assessment.
