Sufficient human resources ashore as well as their administration, form a key element in the Company’s management concept. The procedures described in this Section, define the activities and controls necessary to ensure that:
• The Company employs experienced, qualified, medically fit and competent shore staff personnel who are committed to a high standard of fleet quality management, fully understand their duties and responsibilities and can work as effective teams.
• Personnel with the required competence are available and in place at the right time, empowered to perform according to the Company’s requirements and customers’ expectations.
