Description

Oakley Light Breathe (FOF100588) have some technical details that make them stand out for summer use and intense movement:

1. Moisture Management & Ventilation
Engineered Mesh: The mesh is not a simple fabric, but designed with different knitting densities in specific areas to dissipate heat where the foot sweats the most.
Quick Drying: Due to the construction materials, they dry very quickly if they get wet, which makes them ideal for walks near water or on very hot days.

2. Traction & Stability System
Vibram® XS Trek: The rubber compound in the outsole is designed to provide flexibility and traction especially on unpredictable terrain (such as dirt or slippery rocks).
Self-Cleaning Lugs: The lugs (plugs) on the sole are positioned so that they do not hold mud or small stones while walking.

3. Ergonomics & Fit
Lace Garage: On the tongue of the shoe there is a small elastic section where you can “secure” the laces after tying them, so that they do not come undone or get caught somewhere (e.g. on branches or on the pedals of a bicycle).
Pull Tabs: It has eyelets on the heel and tongue to make the shoe very easy to put on and take off.
TPU Reinforcement: Despite the light mesh, there are thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) reinforcements in the heel to keep the foot stable and not “play” inside the shoe.

4. Weight
It is one of the lightest Oakley models, which reduces fatigue during long hours of use.
